Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, token packs, and other paid features available through DoesNotExist. By purchasing any paid product or service, you agree to this policy. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (such as Premium and Premium+) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current or any previously paid billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The following situations may be eligible for a full or partial refund:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments caused by a technical issue.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a processing error.
  • A significant technical failure prevented you from using the Service during your paid period, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

3. Token Packs and Usage Credits

Token packs and other usage-based credits (such as Boost Tokens) are digital consumable products. Once tokens have been partially or fully used, they are generally non-refundable. Unused token packs purchased in error may be eligible for a refund if the request is made promptly and no tokens from the pack have been consumed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing a subscription or token pack.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
  • You did not use the Service during a paid period but did not cancel before the billing date.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, accuracy, or completeness.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at doesnotexist.support@gmail.com. Please include your account email, the date of the transaction, the amount charged, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method via our payment processor.

6. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or overrides your mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law. If you are entitled to a refund under the laws of your jurisdiction, those rights apply regardless of this policy.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
