Export Guides by Platform
Choose the platform you want to export from.
Which file should I upload?
Telegram: Upload the exported Telegram chat folder or the main exported chat file.
WhatsApp: Upload the .txt file created by WhatsApp export.
Instagram: Upload the downloaded Meta archive or the messages folder/file from the archive.
Facebook / Messenger: Upload the downloaded Meta archive or the messages folder/file from the archive.
If you're not sure which file to upload, choose the provider first and follow the upload instructions shown on screen.
Tips for Better Results
- •Provide age, city, and occupation for better context.
- •The more messages in the export, the better the AI learns the style.
- •Use the personality traits field for nuances the AI might miss.
- •Export the direct chat with one person for the most focused results.
Before you upload
Make sure you have the right to use the chat you're importing. If the chat includes another person's private messages, you are responsible for having the required permission or lawful basis.
AI characters are simulations. They do not represent the real person, their current thoughts, consent, feelings, or opinions.
